Collaborative Economics is an experiment in making the way money moves through our communities visible. The goal is simple: show how value flows, where it stalls, and where it leaks out of Black communities and allied networks.

Instead of starting with theory, this project starts with behavior. The tools on this site let people opt in with one click and become part of a live model of circulation, reach, and engagement.

Why focus on the Black dollar?

What this site does

Right now you’re seeing Phase 1: a digital circulation simulation that tracks how many “steps” a digital dollar takes and where those steps show up in the real world.

Future phases may model purchases, local businesses, and real-world spending patterns. For now, the focus is building clean, honest data about movement and readiness.
